The exploitation of the innovation potential for vacuum process technology, especially the plasma and electron beam technology, represents the core element of our enterprise conception. We develop, produce and optimize machines for vacuum process technology, especially for plasma and electron beam technology, according to the customers wish. This collaboration generates custom-made technology and equipment.

Our competence is located in long-standing experience on developing, producing and distributing customized commercial vacuum coating plant, systems and components. In doing so, we focus on manufacturing solutions. Our strategic principle "technology and equipment out of one hand" has delivered an optimal performance for applications in thin film photovoltaic as well as in architectural and metal band coating. Particularly industrial proven technology for plasma pre-treatment and magnetron sputter are used in our systems.
