The 27th NDVaK will focus on the entire process chain from sensor design to surface functionalization, coating processes, encapsulation, process monitoring, recyclability, cleanability and environmental compatibility as part of its basic theme "Coating, Modification and Characterization of Polymer Surfaces". This includes process engineering parameters in manufacturing as well as the materials used and targeted post-processing and structuring of surfaces as well as the integration of sensors into the necessary energy supply and data transmission.
