MatRessource The Federal Ministry of Education and Research announces new guidelines to the funding of "materials for resource efficient industry and society- MatRessource".

"To improve the efficiency of resources there is a wide range of individual technologies which could be associated into different basic strategies: substitution, enhancement of energy- and material efficiency, cycle management (recycling), life-time extension and improvement of chemical processes.
The funding guidelines claim three different main topics:
- Substitution and material efficiency
- Recycling of nano-materials corrosion protection
- Catalysis and process optimization"
