Rolf Schäfer Besichtigungskomponenten (robeko) was founded as a trading firm and manufacturer for competence of thin-film technology in 2002. It focuses on plasma technology, particularly on magnetron sputtering for which we offer the complete lineup of the essential equipment for the production of coatings, particularly planar and cylindrical sputtering resources, plasmatic power supply, reactive gas regulator and sputtering targets. Together with our clients and the in-house constructions we gather adjusted solutions for whose applications.

Thus there occurs a perfect adjusted mechanical special components, coating modules and process control systems. For offering yet better benefits in the production to our end costumers we opened up a targetbondshop in the third quarter of 2008. Our here applied innovative Nanobond®-technology permits better performance data for bonded targets by strainless connection of plumbing with a high melting point. Since the foundation Robeko constantly grew and employs four co-workers at the moment. In March 2008 their was the move-in into new offices with a hall.
