Our plasma beam source is designed for industrial operations and used worldwide. Plasma beam source represents an innovative method for using plasma in multifarious fields. The fields of application vary from pre-cleaning and activation of surfaces by plasma to unit structuring in the production of semiconductors. As well the sources used by IPT are suited for deposition of ultrathin coatings systems of the gaseous phase (PECVD).
