Please use the following links to find several guides that help you using this website.
Each guide also is available as PDF-file that can be downloaded for free at the end of the section. If you have any further questions, please contact the INPLAS office.

1. Log into the login area

Please click on the symbol Login which can be found in the navigation bar below. By clicking you will enter the login area.
|

You may now enter your username and password. Please mind the case sensitivity. Through this you will reach the members area, in which you can arrange and edit your page as well as up- and download files.
After having entered your correct data, please click on the button Login.
If you have forgotten your access information, we may send it to your current mail address. In this case please click on Benutzername Passwort vergessen? and follow the instructions.

After successfully having logged in you are now in the administrative centre for members. At the upper margin there is a navigation bar with the items "Start, Contact, Downloads, Sitemap, FAQ, Logout, My Account and deutsch".
As long as you are logged in this will constantly be the same and you will get back to this homepage at every time by clicking on Mein Account. If you want to log out, please click on the menu item Logout.

2. Design your appearance

Among others you have the possibility to edit your own personal page and its appearance. To optimize this you can upload your pictures and write a text as well as attaching new categories, so that the visitor has a preferably broad insight in your company. How you can do that is explained below:

Please click on the listed menu item on the left side Mitgliederprofil bearbeiten ("edit a member profile").
|
|
|

Now you are on the page where you are able to administrate and edit your appearance.
In place of the "Beispielunternehmen GmbH" the name of your company ought to be read.
Sub items like profile or contact or other important items that are not adjusted yet but might be important can be attached by the system administrator.

In the raw status your appearance will look as follows for other visitors on your page.
|
|

If you want to provide your appearance with your own texts and pictures, you may do the following:
• Click on the writing symbol next to the menu item, for example Beispielunternehmen GmbH to enter the edit mode.

Now you can see the edit screen. To configure a page header please type the text into the upper box and click on aktualisieren ("update").
• By clicking on the blue-marked button zurück zur Navigationsübersicht ("back to navigation overview") you are able to go back to your main scheme at every time.

Your appearance for other visitors after having updated your page will look as follows:
As you may discover, the just updated text is now visible in the header. How you are able to design your page with further information (texts as well as pictures) and by your own account is explained in the next steps in detail.

To start with the designing of your appearance please click on the link neuen ABSATZ hinzufügen.
|
|
|

You reach the following site. There are several alternatives available.
Choose an adequate title for the following article (for example who are we). The title, which was entered in item 5, will appear among the main title.
• In the description among the title you can enter your information text by using text tools like bold type B, italic type I, underline U, as well as bullet points and numbers.

|
|
• Further you can edit pictures. Therefore please click on the button Durchsuchen ("search") which is placed below the grey field, in which your picture will appear after successfully having uploaded it. After you have clicked on Durchsuchen ("search"), a new window will open. There you may choose the image file which you want to use for this passage, e.g. a picture of your company. After choosing this you may click on the blue beam with inscription UPLOAD.
• If you loaded up the content and entered the text, click on the blue bar SAVE.
• Like you arranged this site, you also can arrange the following sites (sub items). By clicking on the main item (see 5.) the site can be enhanced through adding, deleting or exchanging a paragraph.

It is also possible to make data files available to other members. These can easily download the files from the download area.

Click on the button Alle INPLAS-Mitglieder („All INPLAS members") in the box Dateiverwaltung ("file management").
(The added data file will be visible for all members. If you want to provide the data file to a specific group, click on the according group in the box Dateiverwaltung ("file management").)

|
2.
Now you are in the upload area. Here you can put in your files. For attaching a new folder click on the red symbol. If you just want to add a file into an existing folder, click on the symbol aside. Keep the mouse courser above the symbol for getting additional information concerning the particular button.

If you attached a folder or want to upload new files in an existing folder, click on the according folder. Now click on the button Neue Datei hochladen ("upload new file") beside the button Neue Ordner anlegen ("attach new folder").
For uploading the favored file, click on Durchsuchen ("search"). File in a description or comment concerning the uploaded file, if desired. Afterwards click on ÜBERNEHMEN ("accept"). Now the file can be downloaded by the other members. According to requirements you can add new folders and files.

You have the possibility to send a mail to all INPLAS members, provided you are logged in.
|

Click on the button Mail an Mitglieder ("mail to members").
|
|
|
2.
Now choose the receiver (1). File in the e-mail title in the field beneath (2) and the text (3). You can attach a file (i.e. pdf or jpeg) by clicking on the Button Durchsuchen ("search"). Choose the data file, click OK and SENDEN ("send").
