For the extension of apprenticeship and further education a modular further education program is offered with combined practical and theoretical training is therefore developed. A purpose is the construction of a qualification offer, which helps in particular small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to facilitate the implementation of plasma-technical processes in companies and to use thus the potential of the plasma technology. Apart from basic knowledge of plasma technology practical understanding of the process cycles and the substantial equipment components is to be obtained. Contents are taught with most modern methods of E-Learning. Practical courses offer a concrete entrance to plasma-treatment and coatiing production and an introduction to the industrial production environment.
